To BQ8016 blend polyols polyurethane for solar energy water heater,using self-developed special polyether, good flowability, low foaming pressure and good demould property. The foam shows an uniform density distributions, short demould time and good dimension stability in high/low temperature.

 

To BQ 8014,the PU foam with good solubilit and an uniform density distribution & smooth surface with skin and good cohesiveness with the inner liner and outer skin.

 

To BQ8015, no ozone consumption value, the foam surface is fine,low thermal conductivity , better flow ability and well size stability.

 

Packing:

 

- Normal packing of the polyether polyol foam

-Iron drum for packing, net weight 200kg;

-Tons of barrels packaging, net weight 1000kg.

-Other special request also can be accepted

 

Storage:

 

Should be sealed for storage, and better to use the container with nitrogen gas.

 

Shelf life :6 months from the date of production with proper storage conditions.
