Maintenance safety countermeasures



① The design of the manipulator should remove the unnecessary protrusions or sharp parts, use the materials suitable for the working environment, and adopt the fault safety protection structure which is not easy to damage or accident in the action. In addition, it should be equipped with the emergency stop function when the manipulator is in use, and the interlocking function to prevent the manipulator from danger when the peripheral equipment is abnormal, so as to ensure the safe operation.



② If the motor is removed without fixing the forearm and auxiliary arm, or the brake function of the motor is removed, the arm will fall or slide down directly. When repairing the main and auxiliary arms, the support column should be placed under the main and auxiliary arms to support the arm to prevent the arm from slipping, and then the motor should be removed. In addition, do not remove the motor with the manipulator supported by hand.
